Part-Time Logistics Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for working within Excel to build load boards for upcoming shipments of freight across the United States
Assisting the 3PL Load Planner with administrative and data entry projects
Investigating for more freight opportunities
Responsible for building Rate Cons (load agreement) to send to customers
Responsible for maintaining Load boards and organizing future freight opportunities within internal systems
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Year(s) of Experience: 1+ year of logistics experience
Education: HS Degree
Software: MS Excel experience (reviewing/creating spreadsheets)
AR: Load Planning experience is a HUGE PLUS!
