We are looking for part-time or full-time California licensed therapists to work with us in our increasing number of referrals from all ages (6 and older). We have two offices in Perris and in Hemet and planning to expand in the City of Temecula.

We prefer therapists with experienced in individual and group therapy, if already credentialed with insurance companies like IEHP, Tricare, and MHN they can start immediately.

We presently see many of our clients on video through telehealth and we are expanding this facility and can hire mental health professionals in different locations providing these services. We use EHR (Electronic Health Record) therefore, the therapists can be located anywhere in California, we provide secretarial support, billing services, and assistance with record keeping. Currently, we have eight psychologists, two LMFT's, and four psychological assistants.

Responsibilities:

Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues

Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues

Provide prevention-oriented therapy

Implement and review treatment plans

Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies

Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in mental health therapy or other related fields

Familiarity with community mental health resources

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong leadership qualities

Klebel who is the owner and a psychologist, had over 40 years of experience in the mental health field. Currently, we have offices in Hemet and in Perris, and planning to expand in the City of Temecula soon.
