Long Standing Italian Restaurant Under New Management:

This establishment has been a staple in the community for many years, and has recently been acquired by a boutique hospitality firm that is looking for individuals to help update and grow the brand. With our newest venture, we want to keep the charm, while also giving it the updates and recognition it needs to aide in the overall growth. With this said, are seeking individuals who come from an experienced background of restaurant and hospitality growth. While also being equipped with a mentality of ownership, drive, and positive motivations.

We aren't JUST looking for someone who can manage the restaurant. We are looking for someone who sees it as a platform to grow and expand from. We need a fresh leader to take this place to the next step. This position will be responsible for areas such as, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness

- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Experience in food service management or hospitality management preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry best practices

- Proficiency in Toast

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
