Bookkeeper Staff Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for handling a the day to day essential data entry for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Bi-weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees

Bank reconciliations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or other related fields

Knowledge of standard bookkeeping procedures and full-cycle accounting work flow

Experience with Quickbooks and Excel

Detail and deadline-oriented
