WHAT IS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / BDC AGENT YOU ASK?
*Business Development Center: We are looking for outgoing, friendly people to follow up with sales prospects who inquired on the Internet or Telephone. No cold calling! Your main goal: Build rapport and set appointments with clients who are asking for our services or help.
Sales Department BDC / Customer Service Agents Handle: Inbound Calls, Follow Up Calls, Emails, Texting, Social Media, Customer Retention, Setting Appointments for our Sales Department.
Qualified Candidates should have a working knowledge of a car dealership BDC, Internet Department or applicable customer service experience.
Main Point: You’ve gotta like the phone and you gotta like people, otherwise please stop here.
This is a FULL-TIME position that will require you to work Some Rotating Saturday’s. We realize this will limit people able to apply for this position.
We can teach you the skills of the job, but we cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive (we can help bring this out of you if you have it inside).

WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?
$3,000 - $5,500 Monthly Gross Wages based on Hours and Incentives*
$36,000 - $66,000 Annually (Calculated)
*This position has a guaranteed competitive base hourly rate for hours worked PLUS incentives for setting appointments that show and for transactions that result in a sale (we win together).
