We are seeking a Delivery, Technical Support, Repair to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with hot tub and spa
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person and on site
Recommend hot tub product improvements and operation guides
Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT, large appliance repair, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
People-person
Customer communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
