Job Description
Xtrategist CPA firm in Marietta,GA is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide general support to management and office staff in the Tax, Audit, and Consulting departments, as well as day to day administrative support. Xtrategist provides a great opportunity to build your career.
Role
This role will be a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Clean and professional work attire only
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Greet and direct visitors and clients
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Manage client paperwork
Retrieve documents from filing system
Manage office equipment (i.e.. printers, filing systems) and order new equipment as needed.
Handle requests for information and data
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
Maintain client lists and status of work of each client.
Qualifications
Excel, Word and Adobe PDF skills are a must
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping
Fluent in Spanish
