You will be responsible for working with a team of test drivers and our customer to assure the fleet of vehicles continue to operate at their optimal efficiency. The vehicles are instrumented to collect data for the ADAS system. So, knowledge of vehicle-based data collection instrumentation, vehicle on-board computer systems and flashing software updates is key. You will also be required to train new employees on these technical systems.

Frequent travel around the US will be required on short notice.

Some of the tasks will include:

- Installation and replacement of electrical components

- Flashing and calibrating vehicles

- Troubleshooting on the vehicle and in customer systems

- Remote troubleshooting with the driver team

- Remote troubleshooting together with the customer

- Training new employees on the respective technical systemsQualifications

- Successfully completed technical training

- Very good knowledge of automotive vehicles and measurement systems

- Structured and solution-oriented way of working

- Confident handling of common Office programs and database systems

- Good communication skills

- Very good knowledge of English

Additional Information

The technician will work closely with the center of competency to review both issues with functional area, integration, and follow guidance for troubleshooting electrical systems.

The technician should have valid US driving license.

Available to travel frequently, on short notice and for prolonged periods.
