Manager / Director of Treasury

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

7-10 years of experience in Treasury including cash forecasting, cash & debt management

MBA and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus

Skilled in Power BI, Dynamics 365, OneStream and Kyriba

Strong work ethic and quantitative abilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE DIRECTOR OF TREASURY?

Cash Management including managing corporate and regional cash holdings

Cash Forecasting - lead and improve to maximize cash flows

Debt Management including executing funding and investment strategies

Reporting & compliance associated with global cash, investment, debt & intercompany positions

Capital structure -recommendations and execution of transactions in debt & equity capital markets

Working capital optimization including a global credit policy

Financial risk management including interest rate and foreign exchange risk and related hedging; support annual Insurance renewals

Cultivating internal and external relationships to support specific treasury needs

Developing a continuous process improvement strategy, including automation
