About Our Client

We are working with a real estate company located in midtown Toronto near the subway.

Responsibilities

The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for:

Full cycle accounting

Variance analysis on a property level and/or consolidated basis

Consolidating and preparing the annual budget and forecast periodically

Working with the operations and leasing teams to identify issues regarding financial results

Preparing working papers

Drafting financial statements and notes Qualifications

You are a CPA with several years of property accounting experience. You should be familiar with Yardi. If you are bilingual, it would be an asset to be able to work in French to deal with the Quebec based properties in the portfolio.
