Job Description
Central Alabama Paintball Park is seeking an active, outgoing and friendly individual who can manage a small staff, coordinate paintball events, communicate with customers in a positive way, and provide a high level of customer service while promoting the Paintball Park within our nearby communities. This position requires a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Schedule, organize, promote and run paintball events at our facility in Alabaster
Provide safety information to customers and oversight during games
Provide customer service, via telephone, email and in-person
Oversee check-in area / shop
Provide standard maintenance to paintball markers
Reset Equipment between groups
Ensure every guest has an amazing experience
Promote and advertise events and promotions on electronic media, including facebook, instagram and email.
Work schedule requires weekends, holidays and being outside.
The position is full time with a salary range of $32,000-$40,000; depending on business experience, knowledge, and skill sets.
