Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.

Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

Dust and wipe down surfaces such as tables, countertops, and fixtures.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a sparkling appearance.

Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Assist with maintaining outdoor dining areas, including sweeping and clearing debris.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
