Responsibilities:

Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Maü Miami.

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees and managers.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities and support career growth opportunities within the organization.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to management on human resources-related issues and provide guidance and support to employees at all levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOC guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees and management.

Proven leadership and management abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and developing HR teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
