They prioritize building strong relationships with their customers and providing them with comprehensive benefit packages that meet their unique needs. As they expand their team, they are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented professional to join a warm lead benefits producer and account executive. This team is fairly new, and they would like a person who can become the team leader on the benefits side. The leads will come from the commercial side of the business; you just need to close them, retain, and manage the existing book, and help with anything else needed on the benefits side of the business. Handle client renewals, amendments, and claims processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Must have 5+ years on the benefits side, agency background only.
