Summary:
Administrative Support to all departments.
Essential Duties:
Assist in developing and updating job descriptions & job specifications
Prepare Recruitment materials and Post to Job boards/publications/colleges
Source and recruit candidates through database, social media, etc.
Schedule and Conduct interviews through phone, online video and in person
Coordinate and track all office equipment service calls
Research, compile data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation for Senior Management
Assist with Travel Arrangements
Set up & Coordinate meetings and conferences.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
Adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Be a person who is personable, positive, collaborative, professional & reliable
Have a willingness to learn, grow, accept supervision & work overtime.
Minimum 2-5 years' experience working in general office and recruiting.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize multiple projects in a high volume environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work with all levels of management and customers
Detail oriented and able to work with number reconciliation and proofing
