Bob Klinger – State Farm Agency located in Schuylkill Haven, PA has an opening for a Staff Team Member (Customer Service/Sales). We are looking for a customer-focused, empathetic team member that can generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforces the growth of our agency. This is not a remote position, please only apply if you can make the commute to our Schuylkill Haven location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Use communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service.

Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.

Strong communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.

Must have solid communication skills on phone and in person.

Proactive in problem-solving

Must be comfortable working in a close team environment.

Self-motivated to succeed.

Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.

Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. No weekends.
