The Scheduler/CSR is responsible for partnering with Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to plan and schedule work flow to support the combined requirements from safety stock, forecast and customer orders. Additionally, this position supports the achievement of both efficiency goals and inventory goals by analyzing the effects of planning parameters.
Duties and responsibilities
Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner.
Create production orders in ERP to support customer requirements
Manage aspects on the ERP system associated with production
Conduct meetings with Production as required, revising production schedules due to material shortages, backlogs, equipment problems, etc.
Review and measure on time production order delivery performance
Analyze planning parameters on items and weigh the risk factors between improved efficiency in production vs. inventory levels
Set priorities in work in process status as required
Review product line workload and identify areas of concern

Qualifications
Qualifications include:
At least 1 year scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with customer interaction
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred, but not required.
Proficiency with Excel (ex, pivot tables, formulas)
Proven ability to build and serve customer relationships
Technically savvy
Creative solution seeker
Flexible, analytical, and collaborative
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Physical requirements
Sit for extended periods of time
Periodic work on the production floor- refrigerated environment
