Responsibilities
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Process customer policy change requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Requirements
Active North Carolina P&C license.
At least one year of experience preferred.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven customer service Skills.
