SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing effective, real-time, resolution to all inquiries that come in from clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Act as point of contact for client inquiries, manage shared email folders to respond to client inquiries and handle incoming client calls.

Provide status updates and problem resolution at point of service.

Distribute emails that require assistance in other operational units.

Provide follow up and status updates to clients to ensure inquiry is resolved timely and to the clients' satisfaction.

Document and categorize client inquiries within the system using the appropriate tasking codes and notations to report on all inquiries.

Assist clients on all products and provide follow up status and tracking to clients until there is resolution.

Manage a task queue, track inquiries throughout resolution process to ensure turn times and SLA's are met or exceeded.

Potential attendance at after hour Company events.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Strong knowledge of Title Residential Information Services.

Industry experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.

Must be able to work approved and requested overtime, by supervisor.

Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
