We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our surgical center. As a CRNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing safe and efficient anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including ENT, General Surgery, Urology, and podiatry cases.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with regular daytime hours, Monday through Friday. 32-40 hours a week.

No nights, weekends, or holidays will be required, providing a healthy work-life balance.

Offering a competitive salary of $200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Additionally, we have per diem positions available for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, assess patients' medical histories, and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.

Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to anesthesia during surgery, adjusting doses as necessary to maintain optimal anesthesia levels.

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination during surgeries.

Assist in the management of post-anesthesia care, monitoring patients as they recover from the effects of anesthesia.

Adhere to the highest standards of patient care, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a CRNA, demonstrating competence and confidence in their anesthesia practice.

A valid Florida state nursing license is a plus, or candidates should be willing to obtain it upon hire.
