Job Description

Our client is a leading financial services organization headquartered in New York City with additional offices around the globe. They are currently looking for several IT Desktop Support Engineers to assist front and back office staff across various business units.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1+ year of professional hands-on experience working in a desktop support role including in-depth experience with Windows desktop technologies (MS Office, Windows 10, Outlook, etc.), knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, audio and video conferencing tools. Any experience with market data applications (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) is a plus. Bachelors degree in technology or related field is preferred.

The Desktop Support Engineer will provide general IT support to a variety of users for desktop issues, install / upgrade / troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and hardware, etc. This role is on-site in New York City five days per week.
