The Role…
As Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will work assist the Merchandising Team drive sales and manage stocks in a multi-channel, covering Retail space, Ecommerce platforms, Internal and Wholesale sales channels. You'll provide strong administrative skills, meet deadlines, take on ad hoc tasks and support the merchandising team in a fast paced, exciting and growing business as well as use organisational skills, logic and analysis to meet the demands of this busy department.
Main Duties…
Stock & Allocation Management
Raise sales orders and commercial invoices for Soho House sites.
Support in new Soho House openings by providing order quotes.
Manage and respond to enquiries from the Soho House sites.
Monitor demand from the Soho House sites and manage stock levels.
Provide the sites with regular stock availability and intake updates.
Liaise with Logistics to ensure sales orders are dispatched and received by Soho House sites within service level agreement.
Purchase Order & Supplier Management
Raise and send purchase order to suppliers.
Manage open purchase orders, monitor intake dates with suppliers and communicate any issues to the wider team/sites.
Work alongside the Logistics teams to ensure stock intake is delivered on time and in line with intake plans.
Support with replenishment to the US warehouse and retail site Trade/Reporting
Manage stock through Sage/Business Central and appropriate Warehouse Portals
Maintain inventory records as required on Sage/Business Central and Excel
Assist with regular and ad hoc reporting.

Commercial awareness
To have an excellent understanding of the target customer and emerging trends.
To understand, prioritise and work to critical dates and deadlines in both the planning and trading process
To consistently deliver excellent standards of customer service, to be pro-active in seeking customer feedback from all business channels.

Merchandising experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
