Position: Patient Coordinator

Office Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner

Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow

Manage patient records and update information as needed

Coordinate with dental and administrative staff for smooth office operations

Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism

Verify and process insurance information

Assist with billing and financial arrangements

Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

Familiarity with dental software is a plus

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience in dental or medical office administration

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental software

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills
