SAP PP Operations Support Consultant (Advanced)

Essential Skills Requirements:*

- SAP Module Configuration

- SAP WM; EWM; MM

- Cloud Technologies

- Development documentation

- Analyzing and solving SAP Module issues

- Proactively proposing solutions to improve support of (new) business processes

Qualifications/Experience:

- Relevant IT degree or 5+ years industry working experience

Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtain sign-off for Business Blueprint document

- Support Operations in BMW Plants as part of the operations support team

- Interaction with clients through meetings, calls, and emails

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support

- Execute changes through configuration and resolve Production Support calls
