Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in response to equipment errors or failures during production.

May repair or produce parts using welders, drill presses, and other shop equipment.

Assemble, install or repair electrical or electronic devices, pipe systems, machinery, or equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical circuits using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.

Test all repairs and installations for correct functionality.

Maintains and updates equipment records, schematics, blueprints, and files.

Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and operation of robotic welding equipment.

Read and understand blueprints prior to starting a project.

Source the materials to be used in the project.

Perform welding techniques to fabricate parts to be used in the manufacturing of product.

Review finished work and check for quality errors.

Perform routine inspections of robotic welding equipment.

Maintain and orderly and safe workstation.

Adhere to safety management standards. Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or higher level of education.

Basic mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools.

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read blueprints.

Must pass weld test. Nice To Have, But Not Required:

Previous Robotic welding experience.

Forklift experience. Things To Consider:

Fast-paced environment.

Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Warehouse environment: occasionally exposed to loud noise, hot and cold temperatures.

Must operate equipment safely and wear specific PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, etc. as deemed necessary.
