Your Opportunity

Support clients in the provision of welfare support, in particular the provision of services to face homelessness and other related issues.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Undertake initial registrations for clients, including all necessary paperwork and application forms.

Respond to referrals of clients to the service from internal and externalsupport services

Provide ongoing case management sessions with clients and review progression

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Participate actively in Quality Improvement through completion of scheduled activities

Complete a range of other administrative duties for the efficient running of the service

Requirements for Success

Tertiary Qualification and / or relevant experience in the human services industry.

Knowledge and experience working with client issues relating to homelessness including domestic violence, substance abuse, mental health etc

Computer literate in a windows environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated abilityto work effectively as part of a team

Current Driver’s Licence and Senior First Aid Certificate

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
