• Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

• Produce and analyze accurate financial statements

• Prepare adjusting journal entries.

• Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.

• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.

• Implement and manage Restaurant 365 software for streamlined financial tracking

• Manage a cash flow forecasting system to ensure the availability of funds for day to day operations

• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

• Prepare, analyze, or verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning.

• Process invoices for payment.

• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements

• Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.

• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.

• Work with restaurant clients to make sure the recording of inventory transactions are correct, calculate cost of goods and monitor inventory levels in Restaurant 365.

One year of job experience in the job offered. One year of experience to include 12 months of experience in:

• Produce and analyze accurate financial statements

• Implement and manage Restaurant 365 software for streamlined financial tracking

• Manage a cash flow forecasting system to ensure the availability of funds for day to day operations

• Work with restaurant clients to make sure the recording of inventory transactions are correct, calculate cost of goods and monitor inventory levels in Restaurant 365.
