Full stack .NET Core/Angular developer

We are seeking a well-qualified full stack .NET Core/Angular developer (Programmer 4/PR4) consultant for 40 hours a week to develop and maintain public-facing and internal information systems and advanced data processing applications. In the process, you'll have an opportunity to work with nationally known transportation and IT experts to deliver projects that improve transportation for all Ohioans.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:

• analyzing and designing enhancements, developing programs, and/or implementing fixes to production systems;

• designing applications to functional and technical programming standards;

• develop system specifications and interfaces;

• developing application designs in support of system specifications and interfaces;

• working with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements; and,

• determining time estimates and schedules for assigned work and resolving issues in a timely manner.

strong meeting and work session skills

3. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills
