Regulatory Logic Developer - SAP EHS

As a Regulatory Logic Developer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless regulatory compliance through our advanced Regulatory Content offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating regulatory documents into machine-readable formats, bridging the gap between regulatory expectations and digital solutions. Beyond rule programming, your role is multifaceted – spanning the creation of comprehensive documentation to rigorous quality assurance testing, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed industry standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

· Work experience in the software development lifecycle including experience in software technologies and tools

· Proficiency in SAP EHS – ideally work experience with 3E ERC and/or 3E Optimize for SAP

· Proficiency in at least one programming language – ideally in SAP EHS Expert

· Experience in working on IT projects or in an IT product support environment

· Work experience with database management systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, or Microsoft Access

· Knowledge of database and query languages (e.g. SQL)

· Proficiency in data analysis, data structures and database design

· Experience in version control systems (preferably Git), debugging, and software testing

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications

· Experience with customer support, such as analyzing of and responding to customer tickets

· Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

· Strong quality perception and very good attention to detail

· Proven proficiency in organizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and optimal outcomes

· Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration and achieving aligned outcomes with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Proven ability to adapt and innovate through critical thinking, displaying a commitment to continuous learning and bringing creative solutions to challenges

· Fluent in English, both, written and verbal
