Director, Customer Service

Customer Service Director is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Will be responsible to drive a high-touch, innovative culture and help move healthcare forward.

Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience

Experienced in lifting and shifting new processes

At least a Bachelor's degree graduate

Must have had experience managing Manager level

What is expected of you and others at this level

Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff; may also manage front line supervisors

Manages an organizational budget

Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals

Assists in the development of functional strategy

Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers

Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management

Persuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships and staying resilient to changes
