What?
In this role, you will:
Lead the team of up to 15 Business Development Representatives
Take care of KPI fulfillment and targets accoplishment
Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasting
Run annual reviews & career progression exposure of your team members
Manage deals and pipelines
Provide top management level reporting
Perform quality checks of your direct reports’ work
Be a mentor for the members of your team and guide them if needed
Who?
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years’ experience in leadership, including people management, as well as performance monitoring and reporting KPI
Previous experience working in Sales, preferably Account Development
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Go-getter attitude
Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally
Fluent English
Some ERP experience will be a strong plus
Another European language (Dutch/ German /French) will be an asset
