Responsibilities:

Clear tables promptly and efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and condiments to prepare for the next guests.

Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring orders are accurate and timely.

Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage service.

Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests for additional utensils, napkins, or condiments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, including cleaning spills, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.

Assist with general restaurant duties as needed, including restocking supplies and assisting with closing duties.

Uphold Maü's standards of exceptional service by providing friendly and attentive assistance to guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with restaurant staff.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
