Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as needed.

Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.

Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.

Assist with kitchen cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down countertops, and cleaning equipment.

Support kitchen staff by completing tasks as assigned and contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.

Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to prioritize cleaning tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff.

Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.
