Where you come in:

You will support execution of PR, media and advertising plan to build awareness of the Dexcom brand.

You will support the ideation, development and implementation of digital strategies and programs to maximize customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

You will create and manage content creation for digital and social platforms. Collaborate with Global marketing to evolve the website to include HCP and patient-focused content.

You will collaborate with other colleagues to implement omnichannel strategies and support the organization of events.

You will support review processes to gain timely approval for external release of all content and materials.

You will develop and track metrics of success to measure ROI of marketing initiatives.

What makes you successful:

You have a university degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or an equivalent field.

You have experience in marketing consumer brands, ideally in the area of diabetes and/or medical technology.

You have between 2 and 5 years of experience working in a digital marketing role and an aptitude for content development.

You have excellent cross-functional working skills and experience working with external agencies.

You have system experience with key technologies such as Facebook, Instagram, Salesforce, Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

You have the ability to understand the needs of the department and prioritize business objectives.

You have a deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence. You are insights-driven and excited to roll up your sleeves to deliver exceptional quality at speed.

You have fluency in Spanish, and fluency in English is required.
