Meet the team:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ideas/solutions to create more value for the team. In this role, you will apply your knowledge and experience to inform the strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow initiatives, the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the platform. We will look to you to you for best practice in process development within the tool that allow us to stay within out of the box functionality and configurations. The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge as an administrator and developer, can provide guidance to internal stakeholders and implementation partners, is hands-on in implementing digital transformation processes, while staying focused in delivering the right solutions for our employees.

Where you come in:

You will design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

You will deliver new functionality across applications.

You will support the entire development lifecycle.

You will maintain stability and usability of the platform.

You will perform application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/remediation.

You will support incident resolution and request fulfillment.

You will support instance security, user/group access, administration, access control lists etc.

You will implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations.

You will ensure best practices, policies and procedures are utilized for all configuration and customization.

What makes you successful:

Your 4 years of related experience

Your ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Your ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

Your 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Your experience in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Your experience in ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Your experience ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

Your experience in ITIL

Your experience in Agile scrum methodology

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year College
