Job Description
We are seeking a CSR Dispatcher to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues; you will also be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and keeping up with the text messaging platform to keep the schedule full. Your job is to maintain the schedule complete!
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Service Titan Experience a Plus
Experience in the HVAC is not mandatory but is a plus
Experience in a fast high-stress environment ( HVAC can get stressful )
Ability to problem solve and show that you have the ambition to do what needs to be done without walking through it step by step.
