Intern (Contracts)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the projects assigned

Assist in preparing of the bills of quantities for works

Assist in preparing and handing in main contract payment applications

Assist in preparing assessments of subcontractor contract payments and quotations

Other responsibilities as directed by seniors of the Contracts Department Job Requirement:

Candidates should be currently studying the bachelor degree or the higher diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction related programme.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
