What A Day In The Life Looks Like:

Drive Sales and Support Customers

Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base

Provide expert support and solutions to maximize client success and drive continuous engagement

Collaborate on sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

Maintain detailed records in our CRM and lead promotional efforts for branded products

Expand Market Reach

Proactively identify and engage new prospects to expand our footprint in the Midwest

Implement marketing strategies to guide prospects through the sales process

Collaborate for Success

Build strong partnerships with independent consultants to enhance service delivery and resolve challenges

Conduct on-farm visits to ensure services are tailored to client needs

Industry Engagement

Engage with the broader agriculture community through networking and participation in industry events

What You Bring To The Table:

A seasoned professional in agricultural sales, preferably with experience in the dairy sector

A proven achiever in sales with a talent for exceeding targets

A relationship-builder who excels in connecting with farmers and industry stakeholders

Self-motivated and driven, with a strong capacity to operate independently

An excellent communicator poised for both customer engagement and team collaboration

Willing and able to travel within the Midwest to meet with clients and attend events

Territory: Marshfield, WI - Madison, WI - Chippewa Falls, WI
