Compensation Range: $18.13/hour

FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Work Location: Warner Centre, Fourth Floor, 332 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, weekends and evenings as needed

Travel Required: Some travel may be required

As the Housing Specialist you would be responsible for customer data collection, verification and input into the appropriate data collection system. Assessing the completeness and accuracy of the intake collection form and performing follow-up procedures for the collection of eligibility documentation. Schedule counseling appointments with the appropriate counseling staff based on program guidelines. Enter all data into the appropriate (CRM) Client Relationship Management system.

The guidelines are governed by contracts and regulations promulgated by the funding source.

Associate degree AND no experience OR

No education AND 2 years’ experience

Education: Certifications in data management systems preferred.

Experience: Pervious experience in data management.

Required Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications:

Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to their first day of employment.

Candidates must have proof of full COVID 19 vaccination status OR be willing to obtain the COVID vaccine OR provide an applicable medical/religious exemption prior to the first day of employment.
