Landscape Installation Crew Member

This position is for a career-oriented, motivated individual who is interested in joining a team that focuses on the detail and beauty of every design we install. Our area of focus is residential landscape renovation along with unique installations. We are a company that believes that everything in a landscape should look great while also providing function. As a member of our team, you will be tasked with helping to make this happen. Starting with a design, it is on the crew to produce a quality product that we and the client can be proud of.

The work can be physically and mentally challenging but is also rewarding. The ideal candidate would be someone who can work within a team to achieve the goal at hand while maintaining a safe and enjoyable work site for themselves and their co-workers. Any additional skills are valued.

Scoop of work:

We do almost everything involving building a functional landscape. Starting with demolition of the previous landscape, setting grades, drainage, irrigation, lighting, hardscapes, planting, mulches and much more.

We are a landscape company that has been operating for over 25 years. There are two departments in our services business, (landscape install, horticulture/lawn care), plus we have a natural stone supply yard. Within this company, you will see that things are run differently than most. Requirements:

Ability to speak, read and write English fluently

Valid drivers license and good driving record

Reliable transportation to and from our shop located outside northwest Arvada

3+ years of residential landscape construction or related work experience is preferred

Reliable and on time every day

Good references from recent employers

Passion for learning

Ability to be accountable and hold others accountable
