Your mission at Tietoevry

The Banking division is growing and as we grow, we need to increase our Sales Project Management to make a difference in assuring that we meet our profitability goals. We also have an important function in establishing the pre-sales process, supporting the Sales team within a Payments organization, as well as ensuring that we meet customer expectations on the delivery of content.

With us, you will be responsible for:

Managing all aspects of the bidding process, from start to finish;

Identifying and gathering the resources to complete the pre-sales project / to develop a bid response package;

Planning the distribution of tasks using a systematic approach for the Bid plan;

Coordinating the involvement of needed stakeholders, and ensuring commitment (sign-offs) from contributors and stakeholders;

Ensuring the timely submission of completed bids and delivery of materials;

Creating an Opportunity Business Model for the business case of a bid; gathering all necessary inputs for its creation.

We expect you to have:

Experience in Project Management and sales support work;

Project&risks management skills;

Excellent English and optionally Russian;

Advance excel/word skills.
