JOIN THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in SAP Corporate Serialisation or alternatively in SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing SAP Corporate Serialisation solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product traceability in the agrochemical industry. Furthermore you will support all processes related to the serialisation like own and contract manufacturing, warehouse management, shipping and distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure and customize SAP systems to enable serialisation functionalities, including master data setup, serial number management, aggregation and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration of serialisation capabilities.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of serialisation and traciability processes and data.

Responsable to manage interfaces to SAP R/3 and the migration activities related to S/4HANA.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to SAP Corporate Serialisation. Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of SAP Corporate Serialisation functionalities. Internal

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of serialisation processes.

Document processes, procedures, and system configurations related to SAP Corporate Serialisation for future reference.

Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders, such as contract manufacturers and regulatory authorities, to ensure the correct implementation of serialisation requirements.

Proven experience with one of the following SAP systems: Corporate Serialisation, ATTP, OER, AII

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Computer Science or in Computing in Businesses

Leadership experience within agile organizations

Work experience within Digital teams and jobs

Experience in agriculture is an advantage. Work experience within BASF Group also.

SAP Technology, SAP Master Data reference systems, SAP Business Warehouse (BW).

IT applications for production • Project management software (e.g,, Azure DevOps)
