Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

Define the strategic direction for the CRM system, aligning it with overall business objectives and user needs. Consider both current requirements and future scalability.

Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies to ensure widespread utilization of the CRM system. Optimize the user experience by promoting effective usage.

Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate actionable insights for various departments. Collaborate with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer service to translate their requirements into effective CRM solutions.

Create and implement reporting and dashboards to track KPIs. Measure the success of the CRM system, providing valuable insights for optimizing user workflows and business processes.

Continuously research and evaluate emerging CRM technologies. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

Experience, Education and Qualification:

Minimum a Bachelor in a technical discipline

Work experience implementing products

5+ years working with a modern CRM like Salesforce would be required

Fluency in data analysis and building data dashboards

Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment

Working Conditions:

The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations

May require domestic and international travel
