Salary range starting at $20 per hour

OneLocal Bank is currently seeking full-time Tellers, primarily responsible for processing customer transactions and providing excellent customer service for our customers.

Teller Skills and Qualifications

High School diploma; additional coursework or training a plus

Minimum 6 months’ teller experience a plus but will train the right candidate with cash handling experience and a desire to learn.

Proficient in Excel and Word applications.

Team player with strong work ethic

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Must be fluent in English

Must have reliable transportation to the Norfolk, Plainville and Foxboro branches as needed.

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and a minimum of three Saturdays a month, with hours 8:00 am to 1:00 pm; when working a Saturday, full day off during the week

Teller Job Responsibilities

Process a variety of customer and bank transactions, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, bank checks, cash memos, balance cash drawer, and document batch totals

Provide information and guidance to customers and answer questions about products and services both in-person and by phone

Verify and process night deposit and commercial drop off bags

Balance ATM, TCR, and coin machine on a daily basis

Accurately complete customer information in the Currency Transaction Report (CTR) for transactions greater than 10k dollars; complete SAR referral forms as needed

Understand compliance and deposit regulations such as; BSA/AML, Reg CC, Reg E, Reg DD, Check 21, Privacy Notice and the Patriot Act

Assist and service coin customers; service coin machine as needed, and prepare and verify coin orders
