Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at Citycross Pvt Limited, located in Kurnool. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and HR software

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience in employee engagement and talent management

Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection processes
