Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager at Eduten India located in Chandigarh and Patiala. As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and providing support and guidance to clients. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in account management or a similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of the education industry and mathematics concepts

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
