Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Equipment Technician at SakoMed (BioMedical Services) in Laguna Niguel, CA. The Biomedical Equipment Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical equipment. They will ensure electrical safety standards are met and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operation of medical equipment.

Qualifications

Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Repair, and Calibration skills Such as: Patient Monitors & Modules, Electro Surgical Units, Defibrillators, Tourniquets, Compression Pumps

Knowledge of electrical safety standards for medical equipment

Experience working with various types of medical equipment

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Relevant certifications or training in biomedical equipment technology
