Job Description: We are seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Food Service Supervisors at Quiznos.

Provide guidance and coaching to ensure staff are meeting Quiznos' service standards and operational goals.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Foster a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Food Preparation and Quality Control: Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with Quiznos' recipes and quality standards.

Monitor the assembly of sandwiches and other menu items to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health and safety guidelines.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe working environment for both customers and staff.

Cash Handling and Financial Reporting: Oversee cash registers and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.

Prepare daily financial reports, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure proper accounting practices are followed.

Qualifications: LMIA approval for Food Service Supervisor position.

Previous experience in food service, restaurant management, or a similar supervisory role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
