Manager of Client Services - Wealth Management

Job Description

This role will be a hybrid position 3 days in and 2 days work from home and will involve an initial 90 days of 5 days/week on-site during the training period.

Our client is a top Wealth Management Firm that provides comprehensive financial planning, retirement and tax planning, estate planning, risk management, and investment management services. The company manages approximately $5 billion in assets on behalf of clients.

We are looking for a Manager of Client Services to support our client base. The ideal Client Services Leader is an individual with experience leading client services teams in the Wealth Management industry. You will oversee a team that provides client and administrative support to multiple financial advisors including the establishment of new accounts, asset transfers, money movements, charitable support as well as other client directives.

Qualifications

5-10+ years overall experience in the Wealth Management industry.

5+ years leading and managing Client Services teams

Wealth Management, Brokerage, and investment advisory firm experience
