This position will support customer service relations for Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) operations for cyber defense operations and services within the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) environment. This position will be remote.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the DCSB Mission Support Team. Duties include:

Serve as the primary point of contact and engagement professional for the Cyber Security Service Provider subscriber base.

Guide subscribers through the programs onboarding process and provide administrative and technical support to the subscriber.

Process artifacts and documents, generate invoices and agreements, and host briefings for subscribers.

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

1 years of customer service experience

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance required

Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Demonstrates understanding of Cloud technology

Familiarity with Army Cloud Policies and Procedures

Ideal Candidate will have Tableau and User-level knowledge of Atlassian Suite, to include JIRA and Confluence

Must be knowledgeable and skilled in Microsoft Office

Skilled using project management principles and concepts

Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English

Must be a US Citizen.
